What makes Kelly Beard Co. products different? Every Kelly Beard Co. formulation is developed and tested in real Australian conditions — not just in a laboratory. Over 18 months of daily field testing across every season, our products were subjected to extreme heat, biting cold and driving rain. We use rare, premium ingredients chosen for performance, not price. Every product is precision blended in small batches in Australia to ensure consistent quality in every jar and bottle.

Are your beard care products made in Australia? Yes — our beard oil, balm and butter are proudly made in Australia. Our grooming tools are sourced from quality international suppliers and branded with the Kelly Beard Co. name.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin? Our formulations use natural, skin-friendly ingredients. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, we recommend checking the full ingredient list on each product page before purchasing.

What is the difference between beard oil, balm and butter? Beard oil is a lightweight daily conditioner that absorbs quickly and nourishes both beard hair and the skin beneath. Beard balm offers light hold and conditioning — ideal for styling and shaping. Beard butter is a richer, deeper conditioning treatment best for longer, drier or coarser beards that need extra nourishment.

What wax does your balm use? Our balm uses a precision engineered combination of Beeswax and Berry Wax. Together they deliver flexible hold and a smooth, workable consistency in all weather conditions — performing where conventional balms stiffen and fail.

What scents are available? The Iron Series currently comes in three signature scents — Hoodlum, Larrikin and Gunfire. Each has its own distinct character that reflects the spirit of the Kelly Beard Co. brand. Visit our Scents page to explore each one.

Ordering & shipping

How long will my order take to arrive? Standard shipping within Australia takes 2–8 business days. Express shipping takes 1–4 business days.

How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping is $10.00. Express shipping is $15.00.

Do you ship internationally? We are currently focused on the Australian market. International shipping will be available soon — sign up to our email list to be notified when we expand.

Can I track my order? Yes — you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & exchanges

What is your returns policy? If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right. We offer exchanges or store credit on unopened products in original condition.

What if my product arrives damaged? Contact us immediately at info@kellybeardco.com.au with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund straight away.

My order hasn't arrived — what do I do? If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@kellybeardco.com.au and we'll track it down for you.
