Domestic shipping — Australia
We ship all orders from Perth, Western Australia via Australia Post.
- Standard shipping — $10.00 · 2–8 business days
- Express shipping — $15.00 · 1–4 business days
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
International shipping
We are currently shipping within Australia only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our email list to be notified when we expand.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind every product we make. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we want to hear from you.
How to return or exchange: Contact us at info@kellybeardco.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return and we'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
Conditions:
- Unopened products in original condition are eligible for a full exchange or store credit
- Opened products are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged
- Sale items are not eligible for return
Damaged or faulty products: If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately at info@kellybeardco.com.au with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund straight away — no questions asked.
Lost orders: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@kellybeardco.com.au and we'll investigate with Australia Post on your behalf.
